Kyllian Mbappé, one of the most promising players in the world right now has always dreamt of playing for Real Madrid, a Spanish team considered to be one of the best in history. Mbappé was close to joining them last transfer window, rumors on his arrival to the White team were countless, but the transfer window closed and he never left.
Mbappé confessed “I asked to leave, because, from the moment where I did not want to extend, I wanted for the club to receive a transfer fee so that they could bring in a quality replacement. This club has given me a lot, I have always been happy, the 4 years IO have had here, and I still am. I said it early enough so that the club could react. I wanted everyone to come out of this stronger, that we leave hand in hand, to Mae a good deal and I respected that. I said, if you don’t want me to go I will stay.”
However, Mbappe will be a free agent next year, and Real Madrid could get him for free. If PSG can convince him on signing a new contract this will not be the case, but the 22-year-old could still be able to leave PSG and sign for "Los Blancos". Mbappé also said that he wanted to leave back then so the club would get some money instead, and that way they could sign a good replacement, but instead, PSG went all in and signed Messi and the Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos. Will all this and a raise convince Kyllian to stay in France?
